Art Fair on the Meadows at Lake St Louis
September 24-25, 2011
Show Hours:
Saturday, Sept 24 from 10 am to 6 pm; and
Sunday, Sept 25 from noon until 4 pm
At the Meadows at Lake Saint Louis, located at I-64/US40 and Lake Saint Louis Blvd
Postmark deadline July 23rd
Booth Fee $150
Non-Refundable Application Fee $10
Set Up- Friday, Sept. 23, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Tear down- Sunday, Sept. 25 4:00 to 7:00 PM
All spaces are 10’ by 10' and electricity is provided.
This is an outdoor show and participants will be expected to have a suitable white
tent with weights.
A Lake St Louis Business License is required. The cost is $20 for the weekend. You
will receive more information in email.
This Art Fair will be held in the lushly landscaped central plaza located in the center
of over 30 stores and restaurants. The Meadows is the St Charles County's newest
upscale shopping & lifestyle center. Premier shopping, sophisticated style, and an
affluent area provide an ideal setting for the 3rd Annual Art Fair on the Meadows.
Original work only will be accepted for this show, no work from commercial molds or
assembled from kits. 2-D work must be properly mounted or framed. Jurying will be
done through emailed images or website images.
The Art Fair on the Meadows is presented by a partnership with the St Louis Chapter
of the Women's Caucus for Art, the St. Charles County Arts Council and the Lake
Saint Louis Artists Association. Support is also given by The Meadows at Lake Saint
Louis and ArtFairCalendar.com- The Place to Go to Find the Show.
